We spent three nights at Sofitel, junior suite. The room was very spacious with a king bed (although descriptions say queen), large bath room, and plenty of space for our many pieces of luggage. House keeping provided excellent service (including turn down). Location is in a lovely part of Recoleta. Hotel personnel were super helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Enjoying our stay at the Sofitel! Concierge, Martin and Gisela have been so helpful and informative. The breakfast menu and spread is beautiful and so tasty!!! Tomas our waiter is very attentive and friendly, pouring our coffee multiple times before being asked. A very nice feeling to be taken care of! The sheets, towels and shower are 5 star quality! We had an awesome breakfast at the Sofitel. Tomas was our waiter and made the experience even better. It’s wonderful to have such kind staffers when you’re away from home and don’t speak the language (as well as you would like)! (Updated) I need to also thank Maria in the Business Lounge for being so attentive and helpful as my colleagues and I had to get work done while getting a quick snack. She’s another outstanding staffer in the Sofitel!

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the lobby is genuinely beautiful and makes a great first impression. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The gym is quite small and limited, which was a bit disappointing, and the pool is also on the smaller side. Great hotel in Recoleta; one of the best neighborhoods of Buenos Aires. Very safe and walk-friendly area. Hotel staff were very friendly and eager to help. I would stay again there and would recommend it to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. Nice view from the window. See picture.

This is such a wonderful hotel!!! Everything was top notch, except the swimming pool. The restaurant, bar, coffee shop, room service were all wonderful. The hotel has the most amazing people working there too. They were absolutely the kindest staff, from housekeeping to the bellhops out front and reception. Gisela, at the concierge, and Thiago, a bellboy, went out of their way to get a very important suitcase to me at the airport after I had left. They are the best!!! Thank you!!!
