Hotel with helpful staff and a convenient location
Hotel with helpful staff and a convenient location. The staff was very helpful me with some travel issues and gave me good recommendations for various things. Buses go to every direction in front of the hotel and there are some sites like the San Telmo district and Plaza de Mayo within walking distance. My room towards the inside of the block was very quiet. The breakfast was good and rooftop gym had nice views and good equipment for a hotel.

The room I had was good. The pillow was a little bit hard for my taste. But otherwise a good room with all you need. The kitchen staff get 6 stars. They stayed late to please my group that arrived a little late due to flight delay. So we didn't need to go to bed hungry.

A great find locationwise, walking distance from several tourist attractions, and easy access to Taxis. The rooms and furniture aware very comfortable but the swimming pool too small and required hourly booking. The bar was pleasant enough with happy hour and reasonable prices. Reception staff were very accommodating to our needs and both check in and Check out were smooth.

Great rooms, hot showers, comfortable beds. Reception people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was great with a good variety of food. Pool was nice and warm as well as clean. Great location to walk and see the capital. My only complaint would be the complexity of the elevators... They were a real pain the "you know what" I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for anyone taking a ferry to Uruguay the next day. Room was comfortable. Breakfast is ok and the gym is disappointing, only featuring cardio machines.

Great location within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes, great view of a church and moon at night, we slept with the window open for a nice breeze that we didn't have to turn on the ac, no microwave or iron in the room, the outlets are different than brazil, you have to call in advance to set up breakfast time and or pool , from what I understand you have to pay to use the pool, not sure... the receptionist was not the best, there is no one to help with luggage, no one greets you as you come in...

The rooms are sufficiently clean. The WiFi is works well enough. The service is good; they have someone who speaks English seemingly all the time at the front desk. The pool is refreshing and there are an appropriate amount of chairs poolside. The gym is tiny, but better than nothing. The hotel room walls themselves seem to be pretty thick; I never heard my family on the other side of the wall. My primary complaint is that the shower temperatures fluctuate a lot during a shower. It will go from super hot to cold...

Good value for money, the facilities are very good and the location is perfect. Maybe, a bit of overuse of candelabra. The restaurant offers excellent food at a reasonable price. The staff is really helpful and kind. Only issue was with the kettle, that wasn't working properly.

The Ker San Telmo was a "find" - minutes away from the river with its lovely cafes and schooner and also from Plaza del Mayo and the old City. The rooms were large and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were plentiful and the staff excellent.
